Hunewill’s Doc and Al’s Resort is a family-oriented and pet-friendly campground located in Bridgeport, California - right in the heart of the Eastern Sierra. People come for legendary trout fishing, but return generation after generation for the comfortable cabins, campsites, trailers, and RV hookups. Sweet breezes in the tall pines and the sound of the water rushing down Robinson Creek will make this your perfect vacation hideaway.
We are surrounded by a nature lover’s dream, just minutes away from premium fishing, hiking, hot springs, beautiful lakes and many outdoor adventures. Hop in the car and explore nearby ghost towns, pack stations or hang out and fish right at the resort.

Ways to Stay

We offer a variety of cabins, ranging from simple to newly renovated. Enjoy a fully furnished cabin with a porch overlooking the creek or choose a one room rustic cabin and enjoy cooking in the fresh air on the outdoor set up provided.
We also offer trailers already on site to stay in. They are a great place to come back to after a day full of adventure for a comfortable place to sleep.
During the peak season, June-August, all Creekside cabin rent for 7 nights at a time, Sunday to Sunday.
During the off season, a two night minimum is required.
The trailers and rustic cabins rent for 2 nights minimum for the whole season.

We offer several back-in RV spots. Park your rig and enjoy the view from your picnic table or marvel at the incredible night sky while sitting around a crackling fire in your private fire ring.
You can make reservations for these spots, but if you need a last minute place to stay, stop in or give us a call, as there might be a spot available for the night!
There are many grassy campsites that all have fire rings and picnic tables. Bathrooms and showers are nearby.
